We work in conjunction with Burton College of Technology to identify and take advantage of the best courses and modular studies available to train our future workforce in the best practices and techniques currently available.

We have a very low turnover of staff which ensures our craftsmen gain many years of valuable experience in servicing the special needs of our customers.

All personnel have a commitment to Health & Safety, both in the works and on site, our safety record being crucial in obtaining contracts subject to CDM regulations.
